Do I need prior experience to join?
Absolutely not! Our classes cater to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced aerialists. If youre new to pole or hoop be sure to check out our Foundation Courses! Our expert instructors provide modifications and progressions, ensuring everyone learns at their own pace in a supportive environment.
What can I Expect in my First Class?
Arrive to friendly faces and a comprehensive safety briefing tailored to your experience level. We'll explain equipment, studio etiquette, and answer any questions you might have.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable fitted clothing (shorts for pole, leggings for hoop or lollipop), bring water, and arrive with an open mind ready to try something amazing!
What are the age requirements for classes?
We offer dedicated Junior Classes for ages 7-17, focusing on aerial hoop and silks. Our Adult Classes are open to individuals aged 18 and over, covering pole, aerial hoop, and lollipop disciplines.
How do I book a class and what about pricing?

Is aerial fitness safe?
